At CigarSales.store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we have a fair and transparent refund policy to address those situations.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on all unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cigarsales.store with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s).
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on opened or damaged products, or on any custom-made or personalized items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or credit toward a future purchase.
To file a claim for a damaged or defective item, please send us the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if we determine that the item has been used, tampered with, or is otherwise not in its original condition. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on any promotional or sale items.
